Edgepark Medical had me waiting on the phone for over an hour yesterday no one ever came on the line. Today I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a representative.

The Rep kept me on the phone another 30 minutes putting back and forth on hold. I have made three phone calls this month to make sure that me Libre sensor got to me in time. Here it is Wednesday I gave out of sensors last Thursday. My orders have been late for three months now.

Absolutely the worse customer service I have gotten in the 64 years I have been on this earth. I also think that Libre's order processing an shipping department is just as bad. They are always apologizing and promising you free upgrades.

Never following through. They are good at blowing smoke up your butt.
