Edgepark Medical Supplies - Libre Sensors not received
On Jan. 6, 2019 I ordered my new Freestyle Libre sensors, to be shipped on 1-12-19. With no response from Edgepark, I started calling to confirm the shipping date. I made 4 calls between 1-8 and 1-14 with wait times of 15 min, 17 min, 20 min and 35 min. with no answer. On the website Edgepark says they are waiting for ins. authorization. My ins. co. says they have not been contacted and they have already approved payment until July 2019. Now I am out of sensors and will need to go back to finger sticks. Very unsatisfied!! Bev

Edgeparj is holding a refill for my 4-year -old daughter's cgm in limbo. We are bogged down in paperwork that they keep saying they have sent to insurance but insurance has not received. They held our refill until the new calendar year, so now we owe a deductible again.

Edgepark Medical Supplies - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
I just want to get my diabetes supplies and I have tried for several days to talk to someone there and I've been consistently put on hold and left on hold for 20-30 minutes before I finally hang up. I have tried at least 3 times everyday. I have run out now. Please get back with me. I did have to cancel my credit card because someone got a hold of it and committed fraud but as soon as I got the new one I entered the information on my account on your website. 757-802-0181.
