Edgepark never processes orders and gets them out when they say they will. To make it worse, they have cut costs by hiring overseas customer service reps who do not understand problems and how to solve them.

I don't think they know they are lying because I don't think they have any idea of how their systems work. The management of their customer service department should be fired, and they should find people who know how to deliver good customer service.

If I could give negative five stars, I would. This company has been an absolute nightmare when it comes to my son's care.

We have no choice but to order his medical formula through them, and there is an issue every single time. The representatives are not only unprofessional but often rude, dismissive, and they continue to give us incorrect and conflicting information. We are now working with our son's physician to find another provider because this company is a complete failure. It is unbelievable that we have to jump through hoops just to get what our child needs to survive.

I'm sick of making multiple calls, being passed around, and getting nowhere.

It feels like no one cares. This is not just bad service; it's dangerous, and I'm done trusting them with anything related to my child's health.

For the last 4 years I have had issues with this company. Prior to them working from home it wasn't bad.

As a person with a colostomy, I rely on my supplies being delivered each month. So, when they continue to mess up my account such as canceling my insurance (same one I've had since 2016), losing my order, cancel my form of payment and the most recent stating my doctor needs to update my medical needs which is required yearly per my insurance company, (not true). I have been trying to get my order for 3 weeks. I have spoken with my insurance company, who informed I have a lifelong order for any ostomy supplies (except specialty items).

Not one person I have spoken with at Edgepark can seem to take accountability for someone entering the wrong information into the system.

During many of my calls to their customer service representatives I have had the honor of hearing dogs, music, other family members, very loud fans and most recently the sound of a rooster in the background. I would say this is not only unprofessional but also a violation of my privacy. At some point there needs to be accountability on their part.

I feel as if they hold me hostage by the fact, I would not be unable to leave my home without my needed medical supplies. I should not have to continue to deal with their incompetence every year.

Horrible customer service and support and lack of integrity

Edgepark froze my account thereby preventing my insulin pump supplies from shipping over a $4000 balance that my insurance company denied payment on from over 2 years ago. Note, this just happen in February 2025 for a claim with a (9/14/2023) date of service that Edgepark did not file claim with the correct "modifiers".

I worked with my insurance to file an appeal on the claim and informed Edgepark of such even to the extent of my insurance calling them stating such on two different occasions!

Edgepark customer service representative stated that my supplies would not be held up from shipping. Within 24hrs of that conversation my account was placed on HOLD - they lied to me with no remorse.

Needless to say, I am done with Edgepark!

I am not pleased of the way this is being addressed. Edgepark was easily available, but our doctors were not sending the information that Edgepark needed!

If you have a choice in your provider, RUN, do not walk, from this company. Run far.

They are the most incompetent and shifty pieces of garbage in the industry and every time you need something expect them to attempt robbery and abject incompetence when fulfilling an order.

I am friends with many immigrants, and can understand broken English/foreign accents well, but somehow Edgepark happened to also find the most incompetent English speakers in Ohio to speak to the general American public that I cannot even understand. *** this company, I hope the current PBM bill in Congress goes through and their CEO becomes homeless overnight

Had to go buy cath supplies out of pocket because they would not process or deliver

They're terrible. There is a 600% markup on items and they cannot deliver timely service.

Edgepark is absolutely the WORST MEDICAL SUPPLIER!

Edgepark is absolutely the worst medical supplier! I order ileostomy supplies for my elderly mother.

Every single order went unprocessed until I called. The first time it happened, I waited two weeks before calling because I just assumed they would process it, but no. I felt like I had to beg them to process the order. It got so bad that there were many times my mother ran out of bags/pouches and had to wear bath towels!

Then, they would severely limit her and tell me it was Medicare that set the limits, but that wasn't true as I found out. They would limit her to one box - just one box of adhesive remover wipes with only 25 in a box - which is less than one wipe per day. I thought they were joking, but sadly they were not. Those wipes were about the size of a postage stamp and required two or three per bag change which can be several times a day.

They also limited her seals/rings to one box per month and there are only 10 seals in a box. The last order was the last straw. They held the order in an unprocessed status for 10 days. When I called, I got the complete runaround.

Horrible CSR with no people skills. Sounded like she hated her job. Then, she told me they needed to call the doctor to get a prescription. I informed her that they have that because if they didn't have it, then I would not have been able to order supplies for the last several months.

She said they needed it again to confirm she still has an ileostomy! What??!! Are you kidding me? An ileostomy is a permanent surgery.

It is not reversible! There are just no words! Never again. I dumped them like an abusive spouse!

I won't go back. I am so much happier with my new supplier. Within 48 hours after calling the new supplier, my mom had new supplies on her doorstep! I could not believe it!

It was the largest order of supplies that she has ever received! Additionally, she was able to get two boxes of adhesive remover wipes - 50 wipes - in a month's order and got 6 boxes of seals/rings and 4 boxes of bags/pouches! Edgepark would never ever let me order 6 boxes of seals and 4 boxes of bags/pouches for one month. I got literally more of everything for a single month than I ever got with a monthly order with Edgepark.

It was like manna from Heaven! Every month with Edgepark when I tried to place an order, I would get red flags telling me I was over the limit. Their website is difficult and a complete joke!

Edgepark needs to be shut down. They are awful!

Don’t file claims on a timely manner
