Edgepark Medical Supplies - POOR Customer service
My shipment was to arrive on Friday Oct.6th.
I only received a partial shipment. I called Edgepark and was told they didn't know why I received partial, there was nothing on backorder. I was told that they would expedite the order and I would receive next day. That didn't happen.
I kept tracking the order and it arrived at the FedEx facility on Tuesday morning, stating delivery to be made by end of day. It is now Wednesday evening and no package. I called FedEx and was told that the package could not be delivered due to unreadable barcode. I don't know when I will get my medical supplies.
Fortunately there is a medical supply store in my area and they will now have my business.I will not recommend Edgepark to anyone.
