I am not sure what is going on over at Edgepark, but this isn't the first time I've had issues ordering supplies from your company for patients, and I'm sure it won't be the last. I am only ordering from your company because the patient doesn't have a choice.

I would never recommend you. EVER!! Faxed orders along with demographics, and insurance info on patient to your company on 2/4. Mom made aware.

On 2/5 rec'd a call from parents Primary doctor as mom contacted them extremely upset that this hadn't been completed yet, per what Edgepark told her. On 2/5 I called Edgepark again to verify. Of course no receipt. Gave information over phone.

Was given account number. Asked to send scripts again to same fax number that I had used and mark URGENT. Informed mom that they would be in contact with her in a few hours to give delivery info, copay, etc. Rec'd call from mom today.

She spoke to Edgepark today, and they have no orders for child. They didn't get any information regarding orders. I called Edgepark again. They again had nothing in their system.

Not the orders that I verbally gave on Friday, nor the orders that I marked URGENT and faxed on Friday. No notes from the person on Friday either. Gave this person orders over the phone. Now being told it has to be verified by insurance which can take another 3-5 business days to complete.

I spoke with the billing dept who completes this process, and she explained that as well and she also has no receipt of URGENT orders. However, she just rec'd the orders that were verbally given and said that I could verify MD while on phone so that wouldn't hold it up. Also, informed me they would be sending electronic fax in the next 24 hours that I had to send back. Once insurance verified they will contact mom with further information.

To make a long story shorter, they called back to let me know insurance will not use them as supplier even though that is what insurance told mom. Mom notified and called insurance. They in turn called Edgepark who again now said they have no information on this patient AT ALL. NO ACCOUNT NUMBER, ETC.

NOTHING. GAVE WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER AND WANT EVERYTHING TO START ALL OVER. DON"T USE.

EDGEPARK YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER OR NEW EMPLOYEES OR BOTH.
