The worst company ever! They are trying to bill me for items from 2016 that I and my insurance have already paid.

They will keep you on hold for at least 45 mins every time you call. They won’t let you talk to a supervisor. Instead they promise one will call you in 24 hrs but no one calls. DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH EDGE PARK.

YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU DO! Thank you for allowing me to post this review. I hope it helps redirect people to more reputable companies. I typed this while on hold for 34 mins and a nice lady named Elizabeth (finally, someone kind and caring) eventually answered to take care of me.

But, the entire experience has been very distressing! It shouldn’t have taken 4 days to settle this matter. EDGEPARK is so disreputable.

I can’t help but wonder how many other people they are doing this to in hopes that most will just pay them without questioning their bills. Buyer beware!
