If this company does anything right, they are keeping a very tight lid on it. The orders never ship on time.

You Place the order only to find out the next day that more action is required, even though they never notified you of it.......then you repeat this process several more times. They ask you how many days worth of product you have left, if you answer more then 5, your order is not processed, you must say less then 5, even though it will take more then 5 days to get to you......and that's if the planets are lined up. When you call them, you must talk to 5 or 6 people, and none of them have any answers at all. If I, or most people did they're job as bad as they do......we would be fired.

And worst of all, they are providing goods (and getting paid very well for it) to people who are (for the most part) very sick and old. SHAME on this company!

I didn't like: I have had to order supplies at great cost thru other companies.
