My husband was placed on the Dexcom G5 this summer. We received kit which included the mobile receiver.

We did not need the receiver as he was using his smart phone as the receiver. We later found out that we could return the receiver for credit but the got you was it had to be done within 30 days. A $750 unit, not being used and they don't care because they already received their money from the insurance. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They have no customer service and are not willing to work with their clients in anyway.

No wonder insurance companies deny so many people. The middle man like Edgepark are taking advantageous of them!
