I am not pleased of the way this is being addressed. Edgepark was easily available, but our doctors were not sending the information that Edgepark needed!

All contact with Edgepark was congenial and helpful. They were politely telling us that they had to have appropriate order from the doctor...and there wasn't one.

We called the doctors several times to please solve the problem.

Finally Edgepark received the doctor"s orders and the issue was solved just in time.

Had to go buy cath supplies out of pocket because they would not process or deliver

One month, I sent an order to an address they were never given. The next month, they never processed the order despite several calls saying I was running out.

I was forced to spend out of pocket to get supplies I needed while I waited for them. They did not care. I told customer service, 'If you ever process the order, it will be the last time I deal with you.' Now, they call and email daily to find out why there is no order.

They're terrible. There is a 600% markup on items and they cannot deliver timely service.

No body care how important it was to get Dexcom I suffer from low blood sugar no signs just pass out and the ambulance has to be called didn’t want to put out and effort to resolve issue got it resolved by a local pharmacy that went the extra mile I only thing I can say edgepark is good for is lower prices I had issue before but this is the last time
