This is one of the worst companies to deal and receive diabetic supplies for the insulin pump.First they said they didn't have a medical order for supplies- We called back a week later , they had done nothing to obtain the orders.
We called our doctor office, they say they haven't received a request. Too many circles to follow. My husband has been a diabetic for 46 years, we know the requirements, and the rules set down by Medicare. This company lost the documentation from the doctor visit 8/2017.
They have not faxed over any requests to the doctors office, and now they say they called the doctors office to get the information.
This is the worst medical supply company anywhere!Medicare, shame on you for making this company your suppler.
