I ordered supplies for a foot injury from edgepark two weeks ago. This was a resupply. Edgepark promised priority delivery because they knew I was running short of the materials requested. I am still waiting and had to buy the supplies from Amazon. I am cutting all contacts with edgepark and suggest that if your health is important to you, find another competent medical supply source.

I have been calling everyday from july 12th 2017 and still have gotten no where. Im in dka and told them. They had the nerve to tell me to be patient with dka. Lol wow. Its been a month and 3 days of fighting. Still nothing. Ive paid several fees to get my order shipped next day and it was confirmed and order was cancalled. I hate these people with a passion. My last order was recieved june 16.

I ordered some sorbion sachet wound care pads on July 7 they told me they sent the paperwork to my insurance company (molina healthcare).Molina said they have not sent them any thing.They told me to reach out to molina when they should be reaching out to them to get the problem solved. I got spots of drainage on my carpet in my apartment. Lets get this problem solved.
